We will also dedicate our newest collaboration with Tony Award winning

choreographer George Faison’s Universal Dance Experience: Erasing Boundaries to His Holiness for his birthday celebration. Mr. Faison was inspired by the book “Gandhi’s Outstanding Leadership” by P.A. Nazareth to create this work as an expression of how the arts are a beacon of harmony in times of turmoil. The piece brings together Contemporary, Okinawan, Flamenco, Native American Hoop Dance, Hawaiian, Bharata Natyam and West African dancers. Also joining us on the main stage will be Japanese Taiko Drummers, Tibetan Performing Arts Institute Dancers, Kasibahagua Taino Cultural Society and more.
